Local Events

Whatever time of the year you are planning to visit there is sure to be a selection of events, taking place. Each week there is at least 4 nights of music in the village pubs. On the lakes there are weekly angling competitions. There are also organised walks along the East Clare way. Throughout the year there are music festivals, heritage festivals, horse fairs, antique fairs, weekly markets, charity bicycle races and horticultural courses.
